[2021] Danceproject picks of the week, no. 9

Durshlag, 2021-03-04

New week, new stories, new music.
Let’s see what we have in this week

1. Beats In The Bank x Wes Writer x JEJ Vinson – Queen [West Coast Hip-Hop]

‘Queen’ is an ode to her. This song is pleasantly different from many of today’s typical hip-hop songs. It features rapper Wes Writer and singer JEJ Vinson who stunned the coaches at The Voice in 2019. Despite having a somewhat nostalgic sound, the song is a breath of fresh air in 2021.
We love this song and the groove. This is a good start of our compilation. Listen it 😉

2. MJR x Davlo – Bullshit [UK Hip-Hop]

Bullshit is built on a production reminiscent of Timbaland, with a creative British twist.
Dope groovy track that started pretty slowly and then speed up and catchy you with it rhyme and vibe.

3. JV/ZUU – The Drip [Hip-Hop]

The Drip by JV/ZUU is an energetic hip-hop track with some Jazzy Flavor, that should be loved by music lovers. In the same time this track mixed up with electronic motives and then back to jazzy style.
Totally recommended by Danceproject

4. EXØUS – Bounce! [Rap]

Bounce! by EXØUS is the groovy and bouncy track. We really enjoyed the catchy melody and beat that make a really good mixture.
“Bounce!” is a song that represents the disrespect, hate, and humiliation I have had gotten from fake friends and ex-girlfriends throughout my whole life. (EXØUS)

5. Figgy Baby – Troublemaker [Boom Bap]

Troublemaker is a high energy boom bap track, where you could hear some J Dilla vibes. And these vibes really loved by many dancers.
Check it out

6. MoonShyne – 9:30PM: Ball is Life (Pull Up) [Hip-Hop]

Interesting track by MoonShyne from his album called Phase 5: Revolution 37. Lovely melody and the beat feels intersting and we think it in the right place in our compilation.

7. SoLo the ViB3 – Blacklight Dayze [Rap]

Blacklight Dayze by SoLo the ViB3 is a crazy catchy vibe where groovy electronic melody meets interesting flow by the artist.
Totally recommend to your playlist addition for dance.

8. Moonhead – Fuck Em Up [Hip-Hop]

Fuck Em UP by Moonhead is really hype song with the beat inspired by west coast 90’s in the mixture with dirty south. Moonhead is made up of Twin brothers Chris(Rapper) & Justin Wohler (Producer/Rapper) based out of Nashville.

9. Norf Face – Baitest Sound [Grime]

Baitest Sound by Norf Face is catchy and groovy Grime track which will bounce you and you will dance for sure.
